Golden Curry Pizza will be serving Artisan New York Style pizza. Thin, crispy, and flavorful pizza. After thorough research and practice, we have created something special. Our premium dough, alongside unique toppings and flavors, are a heavenly experience. At Golden Curry Pizza, we believe in using the highest quality ingredients. We take all the extra steps needed to make the perfect dough. The base, sauce, and cheese are the three most important parts of a pizza. We do a cold fermentation for 72 hours for our dough using fresh yeast. Our pizza sauce is crushed San Marzano tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and basil. We use these tomatoes because they have a natural sweetness to them, eliminating the need to add sugar and several different dry seasonings to the sauce. Lastly, we use a mix of low-moisture whole milk mozzarella that we shred ourselves and fresh whole milk mozzarella to get the perfect cheese melt and taste. Once you have this simple but high-quality pizza, the toppings you can put on it are endless. We really do care about creating the perfect product. Give us a try.
